I have recently encountered that my S4Q was alerting to critical. May I know what is S4Q exactly? What are the impacts that could arrive from such alerts?

currently, we are trying to find the material group for the payments. We used fbl1n but we couldn't see the material group. Is there any other way that make us able to see the material group for the payments.
