Okay, there is a two reasons in my mind but I didn't understand this from example which I had. In my example code goes like this:
CLASS class1 DEFINITION.
PUBLIC SECTION.
CLASS-METHODS class_constructor.
ENDCLASS.
CLASS class2 DEFINITION INHER...
