We have requirement when user open the Item ID it should open in display mode and latter same user user needs to update they need to change Item ID to edit mode. Please suggest how we can achieve in PPM.

Hi Paul, In project system they will have many activity for Ex once one activity is completed then responsible person will confirm that activity via T code CJ20N or CN25 in this point work flow needs to triggered in mail format. Regards Ramesh
