My SCN account is attached to my existing company S Number, which I wiill lose when I leave.
Can I switch this to a P Number so that I can keep my SCN account across companies going forward?

To confirm we have identified our back-end issue. This was a request coming through with a duplicate key, the ABAP function was trying to INSERT this and failing.
