Try to maintain the IDP ID in JAM & Business Configuration of C4C in myXXX.crm.ondemand.com format.

I guess, it could work with both scoped scenario. But the user who is logged in should be assigned to one of the scenarios (not both) in Access Management.

Sorry for the late response. This error generally occurs if the user is logged into a different FB account in the browser where you are using C4C. Try to open both C4C & FB in two different tabs of same browser, log out from FB account...
