when running unit tests via "Run as unit test with...", we can choose the risk levels to process.However, in our BTP/ABAP Steampunk system, the maximum allowed level is set to harrmless and therfore only the harmless tests can be executed.

the question is, why do you need to find those classes by reflection? Or could the problem (that we do not know so far) be solved by a smart design of the related classes itself?
Better than writing old style FORMs anyway!But I would consider creating a global class and using the FM just as a wrapper - if the FM is needed at all...
