After system update from version 4.8 to 5.5.0, Customer type has no longer assigned customergroup as a default value for groups. There's nothing in update logs that would explain it.

It's legacy code I'm migrating and it's already working fine on production with version 4.8. Moreover, if I run init with version 5.5, it works fine. Only update breaks application.
