T-code is Present in the SAP Menu Favorites But User is Not Able to Access it says No Authorization.

Can anyone explain why T-code MB1C, MB1A, MIGO is not accessible even user has access system indicate that user has no not Authorized to use above T-code. They have access before suddenly Authorization despair
