Wrong page numbering on crystal report subreport

I have a report which combines 3 layouts as subreports. Each subreport should appear on it's own page. I have used a fake header and footer for 2 of the first two layouts. After implementing these now my page count comes out wrong for the 2nd layout instead of saying 1/2 and 2/2, it says 1/3 and 2/3 see below. How can I remedy this?

TotalPages inside subreports has always been problematic. It also tends to slow reports down because the whole report needs to be rendered before it can be displayed. Without TotalPages or Page N of M, reports will display the first page as soon as it renders. So I avoid using either of them when I can.

Do you have "Reset Page Number After" set for any of the sections where your subreports are located? I suspect you may have that set for the first subreport but not the second, and that might be causing the issue you're seeing.

Hi Dell,

I dont have reset page number after set for any of the sections. The report started bugging out when I created the fake header and footer.

Will each subreport start at page 1?

I don't know whether this will work - as I said, page numbering in subreports is problematic. In the main report, turn on "Reset Page Number After" each section that contains a subreport.
