Hi Experts,
I would like to know if it is possible to use a filter keeping the table fixed. For example, if I change a Profit Center, I would like to see all my Business Structure, even if in some of them there have no values.
Fig. 1 - All Profit Centers Selected
Fig. 2 - Filtered by Profit Center "XXXX"
In this example, if i choose the Profit Center "XXXX" (Fig. 2) I want to see the same Business Structure I see without Filter (Fig. 1), but it only appears "Energy".
With this, if i'm planning, i can see which BS I did not fulfilled yet for one Profit Center. Also, if I want to use two or more crosstabs in the same sheet I would have no problems of overlapping.
For the Ovelapping problem, I've seen already a solution here in the SCN, but using VBA, which I would like to avoid at this moment.
Do you know if this is possible?
Thank you very much,
Best Regards,
Rodrigo Mourinho
Hello Rodrigo,
you could maybe use SAPGetData to retrieve the data instead of a standard crosstab. That delivers an empty cell or 0 when the Datasource is filtered.
Best Regards
Dominik
