Unable to Tag changes to transport request

Dear Guru,

I am unable to tag changes made in the Query designer to a new request.

I tried to tag a query to a transport request using transport connection.When clicked on the Truck ( Bex )      then a new window popped up as below

I clicked on Assign/Delete and went on to create a transport request.

But when i am changing another query , it DOES NOT PROMPT  me ( New transport request  for Bex ) , where in i can create a new request.

All changes are being added to the same request ( created earlier ) .

I checked the previous threads but unable to solve my issue .

One more thing --> in RSA1--> Transport connection --> Transport --> switch off standard is greyed out ( hope it means its off ) .

I clicked on  switch on standard

When i went back to query designed--> i gets hanged after i clickee  on Open Query for very long .

To summarize,

1) What should i do to make sure it always prompts me to choose the transport request .

2) why is it that the query hangs when i clik on switch on standard

Just realised that when i delete the assignement . Only the query i tagged to the teansport request is in change mode .

Other querys are not in change mode.

Errors - Bex Transport request " not available  or not suitable "

Issue got resolved after going through the below thread

we have asked Basis to upgrade our SAP GUI from 7.2 to 7.3 by re installing .
