Unable to Broadcast Workbook

Hi Guys,

   I have created and saved a Workbook with simple Bex query in it and I am trying to broadcast it to a mail id. I have Created a broadcast settings for this work book and when I execute a window with please wait caption opens and after 5 to 10 minutes I am getting

500: connection timed out error. I tried to see the log of execution in RSRD_LOG but there e no logs for this execution. Can anyone please help me to fix this problem.
