Hi

  Is it possible through Notification that when user create new item in Item Master it should only allow to add it in In-Active Mode, I have 1 user only that person should be able to Active the Item , all other users when Add Item it should be in In-Active mode

Hi,

yes, it should be possible. In the TN you can verify if the newly added item is active and if the user is allowed to do it. If not, the system can throw an error.
