Standard Workflow - WF20000077

Hi All,

I encountered a problem with the standard Workflow WF20000077 but have no idea how to resolve it. Hope someone out there can assist.

The problem is:

1. Confirmation sent is not working (Task: TS20000162)

     Please provide some guidance as to how to debug the issue.

Hi All,

Thanks for all your helps. After many testing and found out that Confirmation sent will be triggered by the Requestor upon clicking on the Inbox file in TCode: SBWP.

It applied to all other confirmation sent.

There is another Step on Rejection where there is no "confirmation sent" in the flow.
