SSO is not working

Hi Team,

I am getting underneath error when I am using Connection Test for ECC System.

Test Connection with Connector

Test Details:

The test consists of the following steps:

1. Retrieve the default alias of the system

2. Check the connection to the backend application using the connector defined in this system object

Results

Retrieval of default alias successful

Connection failed. Make sure that Single Sign-On is configured correctly

What all need to check to make it work properly

Dear Punit

Are you sure that you make the following configuration steps?

1. There are fully qualified domain names in the system landscape definition and when accessing the portal.

2. certificate is not expired.

3. Profile parameters are OK for create and accept;

4. Uploaded the certificate to the backend system (STRUSTSSO2)
