solution manager blank screen

Hi , SM Guru!

I'm install and configure SM for use MOPZ. When I configure SM I use tcode SOLMAN_SETUP. I'm going to web page SM, loggin in this page and perform Prerequisites, System Preparation, Basic Configuration, Managed system configuration.

Now when I run SOLMAN_SETUP I see blank screen. But I can see web page SAP Netweaver Application Server Java. How to fix problems SOLMAN_SETUP?

Hi,

This should be a configuration problem.

Probably, SAP logon ticked could be not issued/accepted sucessfully.

You will need to use HTTPWatch tool and trace as per note 495911 to analysis what is wrong.

If you don't use SAP logon ticket in your landscape,You can set login/create_sso2_ticket to 0 and restart the system.

I believe you. Just need to find some clue on the screen.

Why you use IP address to access it?

You need to use a FQHN to access web dynpros, otherwise, you will get error.

Please check note  773830 to set FQHN. eg. solman.yourcompany.com

Change ip address to fqdn and try again.
