SolMan 7.2 Interactive Reporting for System Availability

fi1.jpgfi2.jpgnote-2211965.jpgIn SolMan 7.1, this was available via Technical Monitoring --> Interactive Reporting. But this is not available anymore in SolMan 7.2 (See SAP Note 2211965). My customer used this functionality for the availability reporting to his management. The advantage of Interactive Reporting was easy way of selecting the period (current week, previous week, current month, previous month, ... ) and selecting the view (Systems, Databases, Hosts).
I did some tests with the Focused Insights - Tactical Dashboard, but in the standard availability dashboard we have only a System view. But my customer likes to have the possibility to switch between the different views (System, Database, Host). Is this possible and how can I do this?

In SAP solution manager 7.2 pre-configured dashboard is available for System Availibility.

Go to SAP solution nanager work center

Go to Business process Monitoring

Open Configuration (Dashboard Builder)

Navigate to Application Operations and open Availibility Overview

You can drilldown to each system

Please make a shortcut to this dashboard for future access

Hello Yogesh,
I activated the Availability Monitoring in the Tactical Dashboard of Focused Insight.
Attention: As from ST-OST 200 SP04, you have also to implement several notes for Focused Insight.
See Focused Insight Central Note 2392728.
Maybe Dashboard Builder is also a solution, but I still have to investigate this option more in detail.
