SAP Solution Manager System Availability Reports

We require one single dashboard report of system availability status of the managed systems.

A dashboard report should contain just the current or updated availability status of all systems -production and non-production

How can we can get this dashboard, screen, or report? Can we get is through Solution Manager? Or is there any other script we can use to get this report.
