Hello experts,
I know that this question has already been posted but the answer didn't work for me because maybe it is not completely finished.
I am setting up Incident management with solman 7.2 and as end users will use fiori dashboard to create their incidents, we want to fill the sold-to party automatically from BP of users. I have achieved all the customizing things but there is one point I didn't understand: relationship between BP users and sold-to party. How can I do it?

I Have solved the issue by myself... here is the procedure to share it:
After finishing the customizing of sold-to party determination procedure, you launch CRM_UI transaction ==> Master Data ==> Contact Person Relationships
Search for the user BP (ex. IM_CREAT1)
Go to Work and put the customer BP
Now, when the user IM_CREAT1 creates an incident (in CRM UI or Dashboard app), the incident is created automatically with the filled company account.
