SMARTFORMS Error [message id: SSFCOMPOSER Message Number: 018]

Hi Experts.

I am ABAPER getting this error and because of this error in smartforms i am not able to print the output. Output is printing correctly and print preview is working fine but once i click on print then its not working for print. I have tried but i am not able to fix this issue.

Kindly help and suggestion.

It has been already answered in the forum.

Go to transaction code SPAD, display device type SAPWIN to see page formats

and also via SPAD display page format itself.

The Smart Form is defined with a custom page format Z10X15. The problem is that the device type SAPWIN does not contain this custom page format. So you need to add this customer page format Z10X15 to device type SAPWIN. See the following KBA about this.

As written in the message the format Z10X15 (customer format?) isn't allowed on printer device type SAPWIN

• Check or create the format for device type SAPWIN within transaction SPAD (or use an allowed format)
• You could also check 3102 - SAPscript print problems (standard page formats)
