Ship to Address table in invoices and Credit Memo

Hello everyone!

I am building a report with Crystal Reports for Sales by States using a view I already made summarizing Invoice and Credit Memo tables to get the net sales (sales minus credit memo).

That's done, but I want to build a sales report summarizing by Ship To State. I added the table INV12, but this table only has the DocEntry field key which I can join to my view, but this ID (number) might exist in Credit Memo and Sales Invoices which makes the data not reliable.

In this case, the only way I see is to add in my view the Ship To fields from the Invoice and Credit Memo, but the problem is that the Ship To address is saved into one field which makes difficult to get the State from.

Is there any other way?

I've seen other address tables, but this one is the one that saves the address from Sales transactions.

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!

This question is more about the database you're connecting to than about Crystal itself. What software are you using to generate the data? If it's not SAP software (Business One, ERP, etc.) then you'll have to contact support for that software to determine where to get the data you're looking for.

Yes, you're right, it's about the data. Usually one of the guys comments and give me some help of where should I look (tables) for the information I need. I believe I did not set my question right, or post it where is suppost to.

Thank you for your comment.
