I successfuly installed SAPlumira on my computer and I try to open up my sample excel data. But it throws an error as shown in figure:

My system config is as follows.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Henry, Hello Durgamadhab,

Could you also please throw some light on this "S-USER" since, when I try to access SAP support portal on  SAP SERVICE MARKETPLACE, it asks me for a user and password. I need this since I have to download SAP HANA studio and SAP client.

Thanks

Sangamesh

you need to work within your organisation to determine who has permissions to do so .

Hello Henry,

Thanks.

Any suggestions from your side about my question?

Is it a bug with SAPLumira?

i have never seen a timeout when acquiring just 252 rows.

1. Does this happen for all files you've tested?

2. Can you open the samples delivered with the application?  (documents, datasets etc)

3. Can you provide a snapshot/sample of this problematic data?  (or send me via a PM)

You didn't answer from above:

4.  do you have SybaseIQ client middleware already on the client? (from another installation/administration)

5.  please clarify your statement - When deleting the paths/directories suggested above, were you unable to do this?  or was it not fixing the problem?

Regards,

H

Hello ,

Its so strange that I reinstalled the software three times and fourth time it magically works!!! 😮

Before I was not able to open even the test data , but now everything works fine.

I would like to know what would be the reason for this. Your suggestion might help someone who face the similar problem in future.

Thanks
