Hi Bruce.

1. With the current windows 2003 with Oracle 10 system, you can't do upgrade the kernel 7.22 ext it will not support it, you can check the SAP PAM link.

https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/pam?hash=s%3DEHP4%2520FOR%2520SAP%2520ERP%25206.0%26o%3Dmos...

2. Create a new system with Windows 2016 server with Oracle 12C and above.

3. From the existing Windows 2003 with Oracle DB do the System copy with SAP standard method export of existing windows 2003 system and do the import on the target windows 2016 server.

4 During the system copy process you can upgrade the kernel 7.22 ext.

Now we want to upgrade OS/DB, the requirements are the same as yours.
Do you have a reference hand-smooth over there? thanks

Hi Zhang

From SAP's point of view, almost all the steps are the same, in some of the DB methods are getting slight changes.
