SAP Netweaver local development application server as Java, was installed on Windows 10 under a domain account. Because of this, I`m not able to start the server if not logged into the domain. So I`m using corporate proxy outside the office. Somehow it stored connection proxy settings, and now it cannot start even under corporate network without this proxy turned on:
"NIECONN_REFUSED NiRawConnect failed in plugin_fopen() Checking Start permission on http://"my_computer_name":50113 failed"
How can I cure it? And how to switch it from domain user to the local machine administrator to get rid of being bound to the domain? P.S Any options without reinstalling Netweaver under the local user? Not that kind of procedure that I would like to repeat twice in this life 😉
Hi Serhii.

You may have to browse through more sections from Table Of Content on left depending on how familiar you're with the process/tools,etc. and your specific scenario.
