RSD_PREXPRA_TO_740 not updating all tables

We are upgrading our BW system from 7.3 version to 7.5. We have run the program RSD_PREXPRA_TO_740 before upgrade to 'replace data elements that use the domain RSCHAVL with data elements of type CHAR60' as described in note 1879618.

But after running the program successfully, I notice that hardly anything changes. Most of the tables continue to use the data element RSCHAVL. Only 2-3 tables including SID table of 0TCTIOBJVAL point to new data elements.

Is this the expected behavior?

I experienced the exact same behavior right now. In our sandbox system everything seemed fine after the upgrade, other tables (also custom tables) were updated and replaced with a RSCHAVL60 data element, so it seems to be doing this during the upgrade itself as well.
