I cannot find any information.
You will find these objects under CM-> User Interface (enable Advanced mode).

sorry I didn't get your question at first. The [NavigationMemorizer|https://help.sap.com/javadocs/NW04S/current/km/com/sapportals/wcm/rendering/base/NavigationMemorizer.html] class corresponds directly to that entry in the config framework.
