i want to now wat is xactly use of ~service in internet service and can we create Z of it if yes how .

If some relevant docment are available kindly refer.

Hi Gaurav,

If you intend to develop a custom internet service then you can have a look at [here|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/70/579502a7c611d3961700a0c94260a5/frameset.htm].

You can also note that ~service is an internal parameter, as per the ITS Service Parameters (available in the ITS 6.20 documentation).
