Problem with loading master data text - double entries!

Hi experts,

when I try to load master data text for a second time I get errors referring to double entries!

How can that happen? I thought Master data is overwritten if it has the same id. The first load was a delta load!

Hi,

yes the texts should be overwritten provided that the source system passes only one record for each master data ID and you have your TRules correctly defined.

- check in the PSA if you have one and only one record per master data ID and eventually language key if your text are language dependent.

- check that your Trules are well defined and the fields correctly mapped.
