Hello experts,

I need your help with this issue of printers, I have 2 ready printers that print in the development environment, but when I did the export/import in the quality environment, they are not working for me and it sends me an empty spool with this message.

The status marks it with +, what does this mean?

And when I enter the spool order to see the messages, the last tab appears blank.

Hi Brito

Check the printer status in the transaction code SPAD in the quality system or share the printer status screenshot.

We verified both environments and, in the end, we realized that the drivers of this printer had not been completely passed, we already solved it.
