How to avoide data loss during patch creation and enabling?
Yeasterday we have deployed a development solution which adds several fields to Customer BO. Everything worked fine, but today client insisted on adding one more field into the system.
So I created a patch to transfer this change in productive system. It seems that every field in the solution were deleted and recreated in the patch. After enabling the patch in test system I can't see any data in fields created in the original solution any longer.
Is this a normal situation with SDK and C4C? Or is there a way to avoide such problems?
