Not able to generate complete report

Hi All,

We have a report which is taking time to get exported.

We have been facing issues that if the session times out while exporting the report then the report generated is not complete and it fetches data until the session gets logged out.

I tried it 3-4 times, sometimes the data generated is around 200 mb or sometimes it is 150 mb depending on the time the session logged out.

Please look into this issue and find us a way so that complete report can be exported and it doesn't stops in between.

Kindly help me asap.

Hi Ramanaidu,

Increase the 'Maximum Character Stream Size (MB)' and 'Binary Stream Maximum Size (MB)' parameters in the properties of Webi Processing Servers and check the behavior.

200 MB is a fairly large size of the exported document. You can try and export it from Webi Rich Client to rule out the Application Server timeout.
