Hi,

Could some body help me get rid out of this error in our PI system??

MDM Adapter listener could not start due to: Can not create repository session '[server=10.0.45.233 serverUser=Admin repository=SRM_MDM_CATALOG user=Admin]' caused by: The specified MDM repository was not found on the server (0xffab4147)

Thank  you all for you suggestions.

Problem resolved

we have changed database parameter name from IP address to Hostname in PI channels

DBMS parameter was not taking IP address but it accepts Hostname.

now it works fine.

Hi Kiran,

Please check the logical repository name, and check whether the Repository is loaded and running. Check whether the user is created under Admin node in the specific repository for the ID you are connecting.

Hi Kiran,

This error could be due to Repository failure. You might want to contact your project MDM team and make sure repository is loaded and running. Possible that MDM or basis team members could have unloaded repository . Please check with MDM or basis team in your project !
