Hello Amine,
If you are using SM59 then you already have your answer and the info you need to create a SAPLOGON entry.
In the RFC destination you are using, it will show you the:
1. Group or Server
2. Instance Number
That said, once you have logged on to the target system with SM59, just run tx SMLG and you will get logon group info.
eg:
PUBLIC <hostname>_<SID>_<Instance Number>
From that info you can also create your SAPLOGON entry.

Hello Amine,
Let's take a new SAPLOGON entry as a starting point.
Description: You can choose whatever you want. eg: XXX ERP Production
Application Server: This you can get from the RFC destination (Target Host) or from the <hostname> when you run SMLG.
Instance Number: This you can get from <Instance Number> as shown in SMLG or Instance No as shown in SM59.
System ID: Is either <Target System> in SM59 or <SID> in SMLG
IP Address: You can get by just pinging the hostname of the system you want to connect to.
Hopefully the above is sufficient for you to advance.
Kindest Regards,
Amerjit
