Is anybody having any issuers with their HMRC RTI FPS 2017?

Some transactions are getting through, an awful lot of them are failing with the response:

<ns4:RaisedBy>System</ns4:RaisedBy><ns4:Number>1001</ns4:Number><ns4:Type>fatal</ns4:Type><ns4:Text>The 'http://www.govtalk.gov.uk/CM/envelope:Class' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'String' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.</ns4:Text><ns4:Location/>

From the error It seems the element is expecting a longer value than the minlength.

We're using

e-filing 31 and sap-hr 88 as per note 2363765
