How to use brtools on general oracle database?

I really think sap brtools is a very powerful tool, how to move it to general oracle database?

I know this question was already asked in 2009, but now it's 2022 and I'm wondering if it's still possible to move brtools to a standalone oracle database to use.

Short answer: it's not allowed and furthermore i doubt that Oracle will support this if you need to open a ticket at their side afterwards
