How to create subTerritories via absl and webservice in c4c

Hi experts

There is a need for customers to modify Territories in master in c4c by i want create,edit Territories via code absl and webservice but i can not create via absl and webservice in c4c and I don't know how to find a way to build it.

I test create via create absl code but can not create because create Territories have 2 way 1. create new Territories and 2.new subTerritories

Do you have any idea about issue ?

Hi Chattpruck,

The data workbench has templates for territory management to create and update the territory set up. Did you consider this approach?

Is it because the territories are centrally created in an backend environment?

There is a standard Communication scenario Manage Sales Territory for integration which includes the following inbound webservices Manage Account Territory Mapping, Manage Sales Territory Teams and Manage Sales Territory.

Will this support your requirements?

• = No support requirements , because Manage Account Territory Mapping use Manage Account in territory not use Create newTerritory and Manage Sales Territory Teams use Maintain territory team and Check territory team can not use Create new territory
