Hi All,
We have SSO implemented in SAC environment and when we add a new user. SAC triggers a welcome email to the end user's email. This email contains the Login URL.
In our case, we are getting the URL in email as https://<bwserver>.<domain>.com/sap/fpa/ui/tenants/005
We want the users email to have the SAC URL as https://<domain>.ap1.sapanalytics.cloud/sap/fpa/ui/tenants/005
We wish to know from where does the Welcome Email pick the subdomain, can we customise it to SAC URL directly.
Regards,
Kiran
Hi Kiran,
The URL included in the welcome email is derived from the value you maintain under 'System' - 'Administration' - 'System Configuration' - 'Reverse Proxy Host'. If you keep it blank it will use the default hostname of the tenant.
Kind regards,
