How to configure Fiori Launchpad

Hello Everyone,

I'm struggling for a few days now to get the Launchpad running.

Would anyone be so kind to give me a step by step description on how to configure the launchpad?

I read about different urls (launchpage/launchpad) and tried to figure out how LPD_CUST works to generate the launchpad tiles, (or chips ?) but unfortunately I can't get it working.

I don't have the tile to choose from to add to a group in the admin page.

I added the roles mentioned SAP_UI2_* to my user already.

Release is 740.

At the moment I have only the PO Approval app running and tested which works fine standalone.

I went trough the webservices again and found an issue with the "transport" service which wasn't generated correctly.

The SICF node wasn't activated and the system alias was missing which I've updated now with local and U5C_800_PGW.

But when I go to .../arsrvc_upb_admn/main.html I receive this error:

Error in OData response for GET "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/TRANSPORT/CustomizingRequests?$filter=isDefaultRequest%20eq%20true": HTTP request failed

Details: Data Provider implementation 'ZTRANSPORT_MODEL_0001_BE' '01' 'DEFAULT' does not exist

Hi Peter,

I think the system alias assignment is incorrect.

It should point to local system.
