I need connect to a mysql database hosted in rds.amazonaws.com domain from my datasphere tenant.
How can I do this connection.

there is no native mySQL connection available yet but you can use the generic jdbc connector:

To Sven s answer, I would add to whitelist your DB IP in SAP Datasphere and whitelist traffic from Datasphere in your AWS firewall.
