Folder Icon missing under Organise in the CMC -BO 4.1

Hi,

Today while we testing some custom access level on the folders we did some assignment and removal,but not sure what has happened but all of sudden i am not able to see the folder icon itself from CMC.Pls let me know if anyone has encountered this type of issue.We are using BO 4.1

Hi,

does this also happen when you are logged in as Administrator? Maybe you edited the Top Level Security of the Folders by mistake?!

Hi,

I haven't logged as administratot,but i am member of adminstrator group.Yes you might be correct i may have dited the top level folder.So it mean if i try to login as administrator then it will show the folder

Hi,

doesnt have to. Try to Login as Administrator and check the Top Level permissions of the Folders.
