When I running an crystal report following message display for every browser.

Is there a way to avoid the flash player?

Older versions of Crystal used Flash for parameter screens. It sounds like you're using an application that was written using one of the SDK's. If this is software that was written by your company, the application will need to be upgraded to a newer version of the SDK to get rid of the Flash (as well as a number of security issues.) If this is third-party software that you've purchased, you will need contact the provider to get an update to the software.
