Hi,
I have integrated with Facebook and it worked fine for one day, but after some time the bot is not responding to the pings, I have tried it by doing integration multiple times and the same result that it is not responding after sometime,
is there anything I am missing here, I have followed the instructions that are given in the connect section but do not know why this is happening?
can you help me here

it is very hard to give a general guidance here, without further details or analysis, because the issue could be due to CAI, Facebook, or your configuration.
What we typically suggest in such cases is delete and recreate your channel configuration, then test if it works.
If you are sure you followed the instructions and the integration should work as configured, please open a BCP ticket in case you have an SAP support contract.
