Error: Unable to find channel ID

Hello,

I have an scenario R/3 - XI - Mail in GEN, the same scenario was working perfectly in GED but after transporting it to GEN it does not work.

In the adapter monitoring I can see the following error: 'Unable to find channel ID'. Does anybody know the reason of this error?

Hi,

When communication channels are transported, the data for all these channels must be reentered(in the transported system).

Please recheck if you have carried this out properly.

Thanks to everybody, I have already solved the problem. I had to refresh the CPA cache.
