CPI Proxy Sender with attachment 500 Internal Server Error but message successfully completed

Hi all,

my CPI scenario is a Proxy2File one. The proxy sends an attachment along with the soap request. CPI correclty processes it (message monitor status Completed) but when I check the SAP sxi_moni backend system I see the message in error status (see below attachment). Which prompts a retry.

Any suggestions?

Hi Christian,

Do you have any type of proxy in between? Also, you'll want to run it in trace mode because the HTTP code 500 is coming from somewhere and the only way to know is to get more detail since it's on the remote end.

Hi digirolamocristian60 - what are you doing on the receiving side? Some time of FTP/SFTP or are you handling with something like HTTP? The only thing I can think of is some interaction on the receiving side is propagating back through the message stream. I have this very scenario setup with multiple attachments and an FTP server and have no issues.

found a new log (see atachment). Can't figure out why it happens. No error on the monitor.
