Check box and text area erratic functionality

Hi!

After inserting a check box and text components, I get the following problems:

1) When I click on the check box, the text component appears for a fraction of a second and remains hidden. After I un check the check box and click on it again, now the text area appeares. It happens with all the check boxes I have, in other words, I need to click, uncheck and click again on the check box to be able to read the text. Any suggestion?

2) Once I have the text box open, if I click on the scroll bar's arrow to move the scroll up or down, the text component disappears!

Gunderic,

Just made some simple changes, now it works fine.

Both the components are mapped to the same destination cell in data insertion type.

What you did is different to the way I used to create the check box with the text component, and before I never had a problem. Could you kindly comment on this, elaborating as to the procedure you are using now?

Not a Problem! Gunderic,

There is no difference in the way you mapped both the components and the way i did...

However there was a small problem with the destination cells.

Check Box

Data Insertion

Destination Cell: A1

Text Area

Data Insertion

Destination Cell: A1

Dynamic Visibility is A1 = 1

I just changed the destination cell of Text area to A2.

I still don't understand what you did (it was in D1, not A1) but it worked fine. Thanks again!
