Can not start script recording on SAP Screen PERSONAS 3.0

Hi,

I'm using SAP Screen Personas 3.0, and want to create script by recording.

I want to create the flavor that can skip first screen by script.

After creating a new script,

-> push "Start Recording" button

-> Enter transaction code in OK code field, then push enter key.

But recording is not started and next screen (transaction screen) can not be come.

When I write scripts into script editor manually, it works fine.

Is there any required parameters or settings for using  recording function?

According as Steve's advice, I executed the health check tool.

Following is result;

Two errors has been detected.

Do we need to increase the value of Global memory?

Also do we need to apply note 2179045 to PERSONS server ?

I'd be surprised if the global memory settings would cause this - while you have a red light, you do still have quite a lot available. It is certainly worth increasing, but I don't think it will cause this.

On the other hand, keeping up to date with versions of the client note - 2179045 - is really important. You should implement the latest version of that for sure, and let us know if you still have the problem afterwards. Make sure to follow the post-processing steps in the note to clear the MIME cache, and also flush the browser cache to be really sure you've got the newest version of the Personas client.

No, the Personas 3 client is pure HTML running in the browser. No extra software required.

I can record transaction from scripting menu.
