Hi Experts,
I have a freshly installed and configured PI 7.0 system.
I tried to run a simple file to file scenario, but the input file was never picked up.
When I went to RWB and did a cache connectivity test I get the following error
Cache notification from Integration Directory failedError when accessing the System Landscape Directory
detailed error
No SLD elements of type SAP_XIAdapterFramework found
In communication channel monitoring, I dont see that communication channel at all...
I also see that in SLD -> TechSystem -> ExchangeInfrastructure
RWB and AdapterEgine are on domain abc.def and IR,ID and IS are on domain uvw.xyz
Is this an error??? how can we correct this?
I have already gone thru and applied note 764176
PLs help m eout

Teja
What response do you get if you try and refresh the CPA Cache via http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
You could also do a full SLD self registration for the adapter framework via http://<host>:<port>/AdapterFramework/sld/sld.jsp to do so you need to create the role Zxi_af_sld_register and add action xi_af_sld_register in UME. Add the role to the j2ee_admin user.

Hi Siddesh,
There are no errors...
I have run a simple file to file successfully...
Yet it throws error
Cache notification from Integration Repository failedError when accessing the Integration Directory
No information available about cache notification from Integration Directory
In RWB I see the adapter engine comes under Non central Adapter engine..

Hi Siddesh,
I registered all the components explicitly on a single domain.
As the host name was registered twice at the OS level (thats what the n/w guys say).
It works now , but everyt iem i re start I have to go thru the whole procedure again.
Thank you very much guys, appreciate ur continued support.
Regards,
Teja
