Kindly provide the detailed information for the below mentioned queries.

1. What does the term 'Instances' refer to ? When do we call as an Instances ?

2.How to get S User ID and What is the need of it ?

3.Query on During Platform security set up through CMC,we need to  provide access levels for the users those who are in AD Group.

       A. What is Top Level Security ?

       B.Value Cycle ACL ( Access Control List )

       C.Inherited

       D.Granular,Tier2 Admin.

       E.How to create events

       D.Please provide any exact document/link for how to provide access levels for the users those who are in AD Group.

4.Kindly provide some information about third party applications like GMARS ,METAMINER and CAPA Item.

   Why do we use above mentioned third party applications ?

5. How can we manage Authentication in CMC for users ?

1. What does the term 'Instances' refer to ? When do we call as an Instances ?

When you schedule a report and check in the history,schedule will create the report instance.

2.How to get S User ID and What is the need of it ?

You need to check with your Admin team.They need to create for you.With S ID you can access the service.sap.com portal to access SAP notes,Download software,Raise incident with Support team.
