BEx Analyzer - Problem

I am using BI 7.0 / GUI 7.10, Office 2002/XP OS Server 2003 SP2

Having problem BEx Analyzer in Excel option "offnen" can't do nothing, I tried windows updates but nothing help

what I need to update ?

aks to the basis if the relevant services on SICF are activated.

The problem is only on your pc?
