A web client version of my SAP CAi chatbot has been deployed on Web IDE successfully. However, unless I am logged into my enterprise version of my SAP CAi account I can not chat with my chat bot hosted on web ide. If I open a 2nd window and login to my enterprise account and then refresh my Fiori launchpad page i can chat with my bot without any hindrance . Can anyone tell me what may be the possible cause of such an error / authorisation issue ? Is there any possible solution for this problem ?

Hi Victor,
This does not matter whether they are from the same domain or not. The webclient executes in a iframe for this matter.
Most likely if the sso fails while started from the webide but the webclient loads once a session has been created in another tab means that the issue in the trust of the xsuaa service.

Hi Thierry,
The webclient has been deployed under the same Region but of a different sub account as compared to the SAP Cai tenant ( Eg - The SAP tenant is from X region under A sub account and the web client version is from X region under B sub account ).
So when I try to open the web client based web page I am am not able to directly chat with the bot as SSO is not successful .However if I open a new window and login to my SAP Cai tenant and then come back to the same webclient based web page I am able to chat with the bot.
My question is " Is it compulsory for the web ide and SAP Cai to be under same region and same sub account for the authentication mechanism work seamlessly , without logging in tenant account of SAP Cai every time before launching the Web page where the chatbot is hosted ? "
